Vision for the Future To enhance strength of the School: We need not take any trouble to enhance the Strength of the school. We get sufficient number needed for the school every year. we anticipate the admission process, we circulate the pamphlets in the neighbouring areas, we are very moderate in charging the school fee and we give concessions to the poor especially to the catholic students.
To enhance the financial crisis:
we don't meet any financial crisis right now. We rent out the school building for the bank exams and the ground for cricket matches and other games to generate the income.
To tackle the standards of the staff:
In general, 85% of the staff is good in their profession. They don't face any serious problems from the parents. We have not adopted any standard or method to check or judge their teaching efficiency. We conduct demonstration class before the appointment of the teachers, we look for the qualification and experience of the teachers before the selection.
