Candidates who have cleared their 12th board examinations or appear in the running year can apply for the BHU UET entrance examination. Candidates of the General category will need at least 50% aggregate marks in their +2 examination. But candidates in the OBC/SC/ST category must have at least 45% marks in their board. 

The maximum age limit for anyone to apply for the BHU UET law entrance examination depends on the program they choose. The maximum limit for the BA LLB is 20 years, and for LLB is 30 years.
