What is the test about?
OET Medical is an entrance examination conducted by the Manipal
admission of students into their MBBS/BDS/BPHARM/PHARMD programs.
Candidates are assessed on the basis of their knowledge in subjects
like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and General Knowledge.
Who is eligible?
Candidates willing to take the Manipal Medical 2017 entrance exam must be Indians born on or before December 31, 1998. In regards of educational qualification, candidates must have passed or appeared for 10+2, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the aforementioned subjects taken together.

- General Knowledge
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Format: The entrance exam of MU OET Medical will be conducted in the 2nd week of April, 2017 in online mode and candidates have to appear for the test as per the booked slot. MU OET Medical 2017 exam will be a computer based test (CBT) based on the syllabus as prescribed by the examination authority. The online question booklet of MU OET Medical 2017 will have 200 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General English taught at 10+2 level of examination. The distribution of questions per subject is as follows:
- Physics – 50
- Chemistry – 50
- English & General Aptitude-30
