1.The Seethakathi Matriculation School was founded in the year 1987, Located in a building adjacent to the Burma Tamil Muslim Jumma Mosque.
2.The School was founded with the main obhective of imparting higher education to the people of Nethaji Nagar who are mostly repatriates from Burma And also belong to minority muslim community.
3.The school was having classes only from L.K.G. to V. Std. at that time. Then Gradually the classes hve been increased year by year and finally we are now having classes up to X std. The Goverment has also recognised wur school as a full fledged matriculation school and wur students have appeared for the government public Examination in April 1998.
4.We are very proud of announcing that all of our students have appeared for the Examination have passed with distinction. We are optimistic that all of wur students who have peared this year also will definitely pass in full with distinction.
5.We are constructing additional buildings year by year accommodate the increasing strength of our students.
