The School, established in 1976, works in close partnership with students to develop their full and individual potential for life and work. The School is managed in association with Pearson Schools, the fastest growing chain of schools in India and a part of the world's leading learning company, Pearson. All schools managed by the group focus on excellence in academics, sporting, cultural and artistic activities. Resting amid residential clusters – the apt setting for a school in the crowded cities of today – the School has a playground for sporting and leisure activities. It is housed in a spacious building which also includes modern facilities like a laboratory, library, audio-visual rooms, art studio and state-of-the-art classrooms. Julien Day School is committed to provide the best and latest in education as per demands and challenges of the emerging educational scenario. At Pearson Schools, we believe that the science behind learning is simple. Keep the learner in the middle of everything that you do. This is the theory underlying every measured effort we make and this helps us deliver a world class curriculum that is shaped around the learner.
Our years of experience in the field of education across the globe, helps us understand better than anybody else, the fundamental concept of imparting education, which is that; every learner is different. We welcome into our School, students from all walks of lives, with diverse cognitive, physical and behavioral capabilities and customize our pedagogy based on their ability to learn.
We achieve this with the Pearson Unique Learning Experience (PULE). The Pearson Unique Learning Experience is a learning methodology that addresses the individuality of each learner. This is achieved by combining a variety of innovative programmes, each of which help nurture and attain specific learning outcomes. This leads to enhanced creativity, curiosity, determination, Independence, self reliance, adaptability and team work in each student. Most importantly it helps create a generation of life long, eager and active learners who are exposed to a stimulating learning environment, engaging in a wide range of developmentally appropriate activities.

Art, music and dance give all the students a chance to learn and develop their skills, build confidence levels and an opportunity to excel in more than just academics! A flexible time schedule affords time for after-school programmes outside the formal timetable. Every child can participate in sport, literary, cultural and other activities.
In the present era of information technology where one has to keep pace with the massive advancement in the field of computers, the School has a well-equipped Computer laboratory. Students have access to the latest in the field of technology including the multimedia, a range of computers and the Internet. Each theme is picked at a level of study and is also integrated with the computer studies programme offered at School. Children are trained to use Paintbrush, develop PowerPoint presentations, use Word processing and other softwares to work on projects that are a part of the curriculum at school.
Sports and Games
A large number of physical activities are ensured as a part of the learning process. Each child gets an opportunity to participate in competitive athletics and inter-scholastic sports. In fact, sessions are dedicated to sports, games and activities.
EduSports, an organization dealing with sports, offers a year-round sports and physical education programme which is both age appropriate as well as designed for a limited space. With daily lesson plans, and specific props integrated with the curriculum based on standards from NASPE (National Association of Sports and Physical Education), EduSports provides a structured physical curriculum.
Teachers are trained on EduSports curriculum and delivery, usage of props provided, and reporting and assessment to measure fitness.
