A well –equipped science laboratory , a library and reading –room with exhaustive collection of books on a variety of subject ,a vast ,well –equipped and modern sports complex and state –of- the art computer laboratory are some of the facilities the school provides to all the students for enhancing the quality of education they receive here as well as their all –round development .The school has also introduced electronic and computers courses to enable the students to come up to the expectations of the changing times .The staff is computer literate and computer education is made a compulsory subject from std. Vth to Xth.
Extra Curricular Activities
“Sir Sayyed Ahmed Day”programme was celebrated on 23rd October 2010 in the Assembly Hall. It was Inter-school competition organized by “Bazm-E-Urdu”. In the said competition all the Urdu schools of Pune city were participated.
From our school Shaikh Ilham Hisamuddin (VII-E) took part and won the First prize.
On 17th August a competition was held by Bazm-E-Urdu, in which "Naat" and "Hamad" were recited. Two students from our school were participated in this competition. In High School group one students won I prize while another student won II prize in his group. In all 15 school were participated in the competition.
Our school took part in the Drawing Competition organized by Directorate of Art, Maharashtra State, Mumbai.
The details of these competitions are as follows: - Elementary Exam: 18 Students enrolled 14 appeared 1 student got A grade 10 students got C grade.
Intermediate Exam: 28 Students enrolled 22 appeared 6 students got A grade 6 students got B grade.
Enclosed herewith a copy of results of Intermediate Excellence in Individual Subjects. Poona women's Council arranged drawing competition on Global Warming at Sambhaji Park 20 students participated one of our students Shaikh Subhani Farid won II prize.
