Experiential learning is a great teaching method because it encourages creativity, helps students learn from mistakes, fosters reflective thinking, and prepares students for future experiences. It can be effective for several subjects, especially during science experiments, sports coaching, and group projects. There are different types of business research, such as interviews, surveys, focus groups, correlational research, ethnographic research, case study research, and quantitative research methods, among others. My teaching and learning would be highly effective and innovative as I use recent multimedia technologies, such as the usage of real-life successful business examples, screen casts, etc., and by following a student-centred method of teaching-learning, like mind maps, case study, problem-based learning, and collaborative teaching.
