I am thrilled to be here today as your teacher, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Eshika Bhadouria, and I am truly passionate about education and the incredible impact it can have on our lives.
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the process of learning and the joy that comes from acquiring new knowledge. I believe that education is not only about imparting information but also about nurturing curiosity, critical thinking skills, and a lifelong love for learning.
I am pursuing law from Amity University Gwalior, where I had the privilege of learning from some brilliant minds and gaining an in-depth understanding of my subject. However, my journey as an educator didn't end there. I believe in the power of continuous learning, so I have consistently sought out professional development opportunities to enhance my teaching skills and stay up to date with the latest educational research and practices.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of teaching Grade Level 1st to 8th to a diverse range of students, each with their unique talents, abilities, and challenges. This experience has taught me the importance of individualized instruction, creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and adapting my teaching methods to meet the needs of every learner.
In our time together, I am committed to fostering an engaging and interactive space for us to explore, question, and learn together. My goal is not only to convey knowledge but also to inspire and empower you to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and lifelong learners.
I am here to support you in your academic journey, answer your questions, and provide guidance whenever needed. Let's create a vibrant learning community where everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and realise their full potential. I am truly excited about the adventures that lie ahead, and I can't wait to get started! Read less

When introducing new concepts to students, it's important to actively engage them in the learning process. Here's a teaching method you can use for introducing topics to students:
1. Set the stage: Begin by creating an engaging and stimulating environment. You can use visuals, videos, or real-life examples to capture students' attention and generate their interest in the topic.
2. Activate prior knowledge: Ask students questions or present scenarios that connect to their existing knowledge and experiences. This helps them make connections between what they already know and the new information they are about to learn.
3. Present the information: Introduce the topic by providing clear explanations in a concise and organised manner. Use a variety of instructional strategies such as lecture, multimedia presentations, demonstrations, or hands-on activities to cater to different learning styles.
4. Break it down: Complex concepts can be overwhelming, so break them down into smaller, more digestible parts. Present the information in a step-by-step manner, making sure to provide clear examples and concrete illustrations to aid understanding.
5. Encourage questions and discussion: Foster an interactive classroom environment by actively encouraging student questions and discussion. This helps students clarify their understanding and allows you to address any misconceptions or gaps in knowledge.
6. Provide practice opportunities: Reinforce the newly introduced concepts through practice activities. This can include individual or group exercises, worksheets, problem-solving tasks, or interactive online activities. Offer feedback and guidance to ensure students are applying the concepts correctly.
7. Assess understanding: Use formative assessment strategies during and after the introduction to gauge students' understanding. This can include quick quizzes, concept maps, class discussions, or short written responses. Assessments provide valuable insights into student progress. Read less
