I have experience of 5 years in teaching as I started teaching at a very young age as I was very passionate about it and I believe that every student should be treated accordingly to his /her potential . Through my experience with my students I can say that a comfortable and peaceful learning environment is a necessity for students to learn and gain knowledge. I treat my students as my siblings . I always try to make lessonh interesting by involving brilliant new techniques for teaching and making them understand everything . I believe that teaching should not be a burden on children . It should be a loving and interesting activity . I always give real life examples to make students familier with reality . I believe in parent teacher relationship due to which I always provide a performance analysis report of the student to their parents weekly. This health in maintaining trust and helping the students out with theirs problems . I try to create a friend a relationship with my students to make them comfortable with me so that they can share their problems regarding education with me. This help me to identify the potential of the student and help him out to achieve better grades . I understand that every student has different capabilities of learning due to which I modify my technique of teaching according to the need of the student. I try to provide knowledge other than they are textbook with the help of other extra books. Weekly test are compulsory for my students to analyse their level of knowledge. I prepare worksheets for students to practice at home. Overall I consider my students as my siblings and I try to give my best for their education. Read less
