My Teaching Methodology I believe that learning should be an engaging and interactive process. My approach is centered around active student participation, ensuring that they not only listen but also think critically during lessons. 1. Question-Based Interaction – During my lectures, I frequently ask students questions to gauge their understanding. This not only helps me assess their grasp of the topic but also encourages them to think and articulate their thoughts. 2. Observing Body Language – I pay close attention to students' expressions and posture to identify if they are struggling or disengaged. If I notice hesitation or reluctance, I try to understand the root cause rather than forcing participation. 3. Building a Comfortable Environment – I strive to be like a big, fun brother rather than a strict authority figure. By fostering a relaxed and open atmosphere, students feel comfortable sharing their doubts, struggles, and opinions without fear of judgment. Read less
