Hello! My name is Sinto S Ebenezer. I am currently pursuing a B.Ed (second semester) from MIT-WPU. I graduated with a history degree (Hons.) and worked as a customer support executive at the Sports Authority of India.

I have completed a teaching internship at MES Balshikshan Mandir School, where I learned classroom management and student engagement. I have also represented NCC in the PM Rally 2022 and served as Camp Senior.

In addition to academics, I am actively involved in music and dance. I believe in using creativity to make learning more fun and effective. I have also worked on international projects related to education and human rights.

As a teacher, I believe learning should be fun, engaging, and meaningful. I follow a student-centered approach, where my main focus is on how students learn best, not just how I teach. I regularly use innovative pedagogies like experiential learning, flipped classrooms, project-based learning, and gamification to keep students involved and motivated. I also use visual aids, music, storytelling, and even short role plays or educational games to simplify complex topics and build a strong understanding. I try to bring a creative twist to my classes. Whether it’s turning history lessons into stories, making quizzes feel like games, or integrating dance/music in revision sessions, I make sure students enjoy learning. I strongly believe in using technology in education, so I often include digital tools like interactive slides, videos, and learning apps to support visual and audio learners. I also make space for open discussions and group work, so students feel heard and connected. For me, a classroom is not just a place to teach — it’s a space to inspire, explore, and grow together.
